Asahi Shuzo

A brewery located in Yamaguchi Prefecture, founded in 1948 and famous worldwide for its Dassai brand. Specialising in junmai daiginjo made without recourse to a traditional toji, it has built a strong international reputation and ranks among the most recognised of all Japanese sakes. Its cuvées, served even at state dinners, grace luxury hotel lists.
