Barbaresco


Barbaresco refers to a Piedmontese DOCG appellation neighbouring Barolo, likewise made solely from the nebbiolo grape. Grown around the village of Barbaresco in the province of Cuneo, its wines are often more supple and approachable than those of Barolo. Regulations require a minimum of one year of cask ageing followed by one year in bottle before release, ensuring a refined aromatic elegance admired worldwide.
