Joel Robuchon

Joel Robuchon, born in 1945 and passed in 2018, is a French chef holding the absolute MICHELIN star record, with 32 stars obtained simultaneously in 2016 across fourteen restaurants worldwide (Paris, Las Vegas, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Bordeaux, Bangkok, Geneva, Madrid, Shanghai, Montreal, Cancun, New York). His culinary signature rests on classical French technical perfection, with truffle parmentier as the emblematic dish. After his death, the Robuchon group continues operations under the Joel Robuchon brand, with several houses retaining their stars.
