Penicillin
The Penicillin refers to a modern cocktail of blended Scotch, lemon juice, honey-ginger syrup, topped with a float of peaty Scotch that brings smoky notes. It was created in 2005 by Australian bartender Sam Ross at the Milk & Honey bar in New York. Having become a defining contemporary classic, it entered the International Bartenders Association manual as a reinvented whisky sour.
