Pillow menu

A pillow menu is a list of pillow options you can choose from when you check in, usually 6 to 12 varieties, from soft down to firm memory foam to traditional Japanese buckwheat. It's offered by most luxury hotels (Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Ritz-Carlton, Peninsula) and increasingly by upper-upscale brands like Westin. Common categories: soft goose down for stomach sleepers, medium duck down for side sleepers, firm orthopedic for back sleepers and people with neck pain, hypoallergenic for those with allergies, cervical for neck support, body pillow for pregnant guests. Tell the front desk at check-in or call the concierge, pillows usually arrive within 15 minutes, no extra charge.
