Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards

The Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards are the annual rankings published by Travel + Leisure magazine (Dotdash Meredith group) without interruption since 1995. Methodology: a survey of magazine readers (hundreds of thousands of voters) who rate hotels, cities, airlines, and travel agencies on service, ambience, facilities, food and beverage, and value. Published every July as the magazine's summer issue. For travelers, appearing in T+L World's Best is one of the three most-followed reputation rankings for consumers in the US (alongside Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice and US News Best Hotels). The reader-survey methodology is debated, but commercial visibility is very strong.
