Tower Suites refers to a hotel-within-a-hotel format embedded inside American urban resort complexes, where a distinct tower or top floors are reserved for ultra-luxury guests with a dedicated entrance, lift and concierge. The concept was born in Las Vegas in the 2000s, when operators sought to insulate premium guests from the casino flow. Physical separation enables a calmer experience with private valet, residents bar and queueless reception. Tower Suites usually concentrate the most expensive suites of the portfolio, ranging from 1,200 to 4,000 dollars per night. A lesser-known feature : these towers also serve as high-value hubs for casino invitation programmes, which still weigh 60 % of revenue in gambling capitals.
