The global wellness tourism market was valued at 815 billion USD in 2022 by the Global Wellness Institute, with longevity flagged as the fastest-growing segment through 2027. Hospitality Net 2026 names longevity as the first driver of spa investment for Six Senses, RAKxa and SHA Wellness Clinic, all of which are developing integrated medicalised residences. A rarely shared fact: several Swiss and Austrian properties price longevity stays between 35,000 and 90,000 euros per week, including flights and companion lodging (Global Wellness Institute, 2024).
